Technical review and development of the module content – with core team - Review and elaboration of concept and 3 overall objectives (a set of learning objectives required to achieve the general, high-level course objective which will translate into the sections of the modules) - Needs and target audience analysis, task analysis (to identify the job tasks that learners should learn or improve and the knowledge and skills that need to be developed or reinforced), topic analysis (to identify and classify the course content) - Review and elaboration of section 1 framework - Review and elaboration of section 2 framework - Review and elaboration of section 3 framework Afternoon (14:00-17:00)
Review - with core team (14:00-15:00): - Review in line with OHCHR corporate guidance - Review for synergy with UN Women module - Discussion of look and feel (photos, graphic design)
Consultation - with resource persons (15:00-16:00):
- Review and validation of needs and target audience analysis - Review and validation of section frameworks and draft outline with resource persons - Identification of case studies and good practice examples
Closing and step forward – with core team (16:00-17:00) - Debrief on consultation with resource persons - Agree on next steps
